• Do not call other’s hits, more often than not… you are wrong!

• “Re-chronoing” can and will be done to suspected weapons. Players caught shooting hot after the games begin will not be permitted to play at BTA events. No exceptions!
• ANYONE WHO GETS INTO A VERBAL OR PHYSICAL FIGHT WILL BE FORMALLY CHARGED, AND WILL NO LONGER BE PERMITTED AT ANY BTA EVENTS! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

OPERATION SCENARIO: TBA

LOGISTICS:

REMEMBER TO BE PREPARED! Dress for the elements and bring the gear you will need! These events should be Considered BYO (Bring Your Own). Items to consider are WATER & FOOD, Weapons/Ammo/Batteries, Tools & Repair Items (Tape… etc…), Extra Eye-Protection, and Extra Clothes & Shoes.

Anyone is welcome to bring a tent/awning/canopy/gazebo… however, those who put one up MUST bring substantial WEIGHT to hold their tent down in high wind. NOT STAKES… NOT INSUFFICIENT WEIGHT! If a tent comes loose, the owner will be held liable for the damage it does!

Come prepared!!! At this location part of the AO is away from the parking area. To facilitate quick turn-around between games it is recommended each player brings a small bag to pack-in ammo and gas for reloads, snacks and water, and any other basic needs. The parking will be near enough for a player to return for weapon exchanges or repairs, and we will likely break for lunch back at the cars.

This is a BTA “night-game”…
• This is a BTA “ZOMBIE GAME”… see BTA rules for details!
• Every player must bring and use a RED chem-light or LED glow-stick for a “Dead-Light”.
• After Dark, CQB & Night-Op engagement distance weapons only. GBB pistols, spring shotguns, AEPs, and low power AEGs that shoot no higher than 300fps.
• All weapons used after dark MAY “chronoed”!
• “Re-chonoing” can and will be done to suspected weapons. Players caught shooting hot after the games begin will not be permitted to play at BTA events. No exceptions!
• After dark, all AEGs (and ANYTHING that shoots full-auto) must have a tracer-unit or flashlight attached that can be turned on when firing.
• GBB pistols, spring shotguns, and AEPs (on semi-auto) do not have to have a tracer or light attached.
• Head-lamps/flashlights highly recommended.

AIRSOFT WEAPONS & GEAR MARKET:
During BTA games we welcome buying, selling, and trading of airsoft items! Bring what you have to sell or trade, and don’t forget the CASH!!! The following logistics and rules apply…

• BTA is NOT responsible for the security of anyone’s property. LOCK UP YOUR BELONGINGS IF YOU ARE NOT WITH THEM.

NOTES:

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY:
• BTA encourages anyone to take pictures and/or video at our events. All we ask for in return is you share the shots you take.

A hat, gloves, and/or a bandana to wave of the same color are also encouraged. Even though it is not permitted to intentionally shoot at “photographers” you must understand in the heat of “battle” it can and will happen from time to time.
• Anyone taking pictures/video must upload what they shoot into an album in the BTA FB or MeWe groups. If an off-site album is used, a link must be posted in the BTA FB or MeWe groups.
• All photos/videos herein are the properties of BTA – Black Thorn Airsoft and/or the photographers who took them. These photos/videos are intended for the enjoyment of our private audience. Any commercial or news media usage of these photos/videos without written consent from BTA – Black Thorn Airsoft and the photographers who took them will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• If you will not share the photos/videos you shoot, or do not want photos/videos of you taken and posted… DO NOT ATTEND!!!
