DATE / TIME: Saturday 11/11/2017 - 0900hrs. (09:00 a.m.) to 1500hrs. (03:00 p.m.) **Rain or Shine!**

**Check the game post for changes up to 1200hrs (12:00 p.m.) the day of the event. **

COST: Being in a private venue, there is a (non refundable) $20.00 fee for this event. Payable in EXACT CHANGE “at check-in”, on the event date.

RSVP: Players who wish to attend MUST click and be on the “Going” list on the FB event post.

• Clicking “Not Going” helps, “MAYBE” IS USELESS AND = “NOT GOING”!
• Once a member clicks “Going”, that member will be added to the “OFFICIAL ROSTER”, which will be “pinned” to the top of the event post.
• If you remove yourself from the “Going” list, you MUST post it... We do not get notice of those removing themselves.
• Players who are on the “Going” list MUST do their best to commit to attending. “Bailing out” at the last minute will likely leave a member off the roster of the next event of this type!
• Players who “bail out” after the roster is closed (12:00pm the Thursday before the event) or do not show up, MUST still pay the fee promised to the venue. Members are responsible for their guest’s fee.
• If any member is not on the “OFFICIAL ROSTER”, they are not attending this event!

All BTA invited teams & guests must understand…
• No music in parking area.
• No pets.
• No drug/alcohol use before/during games.
• BTA CQB rules allow point blank shooting and full-auto… if this is not acceptable… DO NOT ATTEND.
• PPE is highly recommended… if you are hurt due to not wearing protection; it is your fault alone!
• Players May NOT wear red, orange, or any other bright colors. Players may NOT use red or orange lights.
• Players may NOT use bright green glow sticks. These colors & lights are used “in-game”.
• Anywhere at night and during the day in any dark indoor places… ALL AEGs and ANYTHING ELSE SHOOTING FULL AUTO must use a mounted light capable of being turned on when shooting. YES, even on AEGs shooting semi-auto! Tracer units are acceptable.
• All “night vision” of any kind is prohibited.
• No smoke devices or pyrotechnics.
• NO physical contact. No grabbing, grappling, holding, bashing with or against “shields”.
• NO blocking, locking, lashing, or kicking in doors… in any way.
• ALL other BTA rules still apply!
• Finally, It is very important… NO ONE may approach and harass the venue host about using the location for their own team/club. Anyone caught doing it will be banned from anything BTA and publicly shamed in the Utah airsoft community, advertising openly their disrespect and dishonorable conduct.

BTA-TEAM CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN REQUIREMENT: All Black for BCO members. We ask that everyone else DO NOT WEAR A FULL MILITARY LOAD-OUT! Please try to wear a zombie-slayer/survivor “costume”. No imagination? …simply wear civilian clothes with your military rig/vest! PLEASE DO NOT WEAR RED!

DESCRIPTION: BTA extends another “open invite” to our 10th annual Halloween/zombie game, this time at the Fear Factory! Paired with five annual night/zombie games BTA hosts THE BEST zombie airsoft games in Utah!

OPERATION SCENARIO: TBA

LOGISTICS:

REMEMBER TO BE PREPARED! These events should be Considered BYO (Bring Your Own). Items to consider are WATER & FOOD, Weapons/Ammo/Batteries, Tools & Repair Items (Tape… etc…), Extra Eye-Protection, and Extra Clothes & Shoes.

All players are required to bring their food and drink… there is no going in and out of the gates all day.

Command will do their best to prep games quickly… players are to stay geared up and eat, drink, reload quickly between games. If any player is not ready when a game begins they will have to sit it out.

• VENUE SPECIFIC RULES WILL BE BRIEFED AT THE LOCATION ON THE GAME DAY.
• CQB ENGAGEMENT DISTANCE WEAPONS ONLY. NO NON-CQB WEAPONS AT THIS GAME! BTA CQB IS NO HIGHER THAN 300FPS (320FPS MAX). IF YOUR WEAPON IS SHOOTING 321 FPS OR HIGHER, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PLAY!
• ALL WEAPONS USED WILL BE “CHRONOED”! RE-“CHONOING” CAN AND WILL BE DONE TO SUSPECT WEAPONS. PLAYERS CAUGHT SHOOTING “HOT” AFTER THE FIRST “CHRONO” WILL BE EJECTED AND BANNED FROM FUTURE BTA EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• IN DARK INDOOR ROOMS, ALL AEGS AND ANY FULL AUTO WEAPON MUST HAVE A TRACER-UNIT OR MOUNTED FLASHLIGHT (THAT CAN BE TURNED ON WHEN FIRING).
• ADDITIONAL HEAD-LAMPS/FLASHLIGHTS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
• THE FEAR FACTORY “AO” IS TO BE CONSIDERED “OUTDOORS” AND PLAYERS SHOULD COME PREPARED FOR THE CURRENT WEATHER.

ITINERARY:

• BE ON TIME!
• Everyone must “check-in” and pay their fee at the “command tent” as soon as they arrive.
• “Chrono” your weapon at the “Command tent” after check in and before gearing up!
• Gear up!
• Bring it in for the “Briefing” when the call is made.
• ALL players must BE ON TIME, CHECK IN, CHRONO, and ATTEND THE BRIEFING to play!!!

NOTES:

ALL attending players are guests at this event and are expected to act as such. Please remember to show respect to our host.

A few rules to spotlight:
• READ, LEARN, AND FOLLOW BTA RULES! (Understand the AGE restrictions/requirements)
• Follow the specific RSVP/CHECK-IN details above.
• Call your own hits! Nobody likes or tolerates a cheater!
• Do not call others hits… IT IS A RULE!!! More often than not… you are wrong!
• Bring and use a RED “Dead-Rag” & “DEAD-LIGHT”!
• Eat right and bring and drink plenty of water!
• All “chronoing” will be done with .20 BBs… except HPA, which are “chronoed” with the BB weight to be used and measured in joules… then converted to the permitted FPS.
