Attendance will be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

REMOVE yourself from the “going” list if you must back out.

DESCRIPTION: BTA has decided to take it indoors and reserve the BOE driven Castle of Chaos haunted house CQB venue for our game this week!

LOGISTICS:

The venue charges an entry fee of $15.00 (EXACT CHANGE ONLY!).

All other pertinent logistics can be found in this event post. Read the entire post… then read it again! Make certain you know all of the details! “Not knowing” one of the posted details may keep you from playing at this venue/event!

REMEMBER TO BE PREPARED! These events are to be Considered BYO (Bring Your Own). Items to consider are WATER & FOOD, Weapons/Ammo/Batteries, Tools & Repair Items (Tape… etc…), Extra Eye-Protection, and Extra Clothes & Shoes.

ITINERARY:

Rally in the parking area BEFORE the posted event time!
Weapons must be transported from cars to indoors in cases!
The event is at 10:00 a.m. BE ON TIME!!!
Have your fee of $15.00 ready, in EXACT CHANGE ONLY!!!
There will be a venue safety briefing/walk-through EVERY player MUST be present for briefing in order to play!
Be prepared to chrono!

NOTES:

BTA members, regulars, and visitors are guests at this event and are expected to act as such. When attending other club/teams events BTA will follow the host’s rules. Please remember to show respect to our host while representing BTA.

BOE/COC House rules are as follows…
60 players maximum.
320 FPS max permitted, no higher… no exceptions!
Semi-auto shooting only!
No propane…GREEN GAS ONLY!!!
No mesh eye-pro!
Standard OSHA/ANSI Z87.1 rated FULL COVERAGE eye protection required.
Full or half face protection is mandatory!
No photos or filming!

Those rules are BOE created specific to the COC venue, they are non-negatiable… no exeptions!!!

All other BTA rules apply!

Please bring your BTA required RED “dead-rag AND night game RED “dead-light”. We will see how they will be needed.
