AO (Area Of Operation)

 

 

The following is a list of current and former known airsoft playing fields here in central Utah!

This is simply a list of AO code-names for reference only.

Please do not ask BTA Command or members for the locations our AOs for you or your groups own use.

BTA hosts open games, feel free to attend our ops to learn our AO locations!

If you do not know a current games location, continue to use our meet-up-points!

BLUE = BTA used AOs.

A yellow asterisk (*) were scouted and founded by BTA!

RED = AOs that are no longer usable.

 

 

Camp Williams MAC/MOUT, FOB, & Lower Field*

Bauer: Mostly bull-dozed, patrolled, private property.

“BOE Battleground”: BOE owned private property.

Brigham City: Abandoned, patrolled, private property.

“Bunny Hill”*
“CQB Canyon”
*: Burned in the 2012 wildfires.

“Currahee” a.k.a “Half Tooth Hill”

“Cyanide Canyon”* : Now located within the “Five Mile Recreation Area”.

“Dead Bone Hill”*

Eagle Mountain-Upper: Patrolled as no trespassing, due to over development by local paintball club.

Eagle Mountain-Lower Patrolled as no trespassing, due to over development by local paintball club.

“Endor”*

Faust*: Burned in the 2012 wildfires.

Fear Factory: “Private” venue.

“Foundation Hill”*: Once abandoned ruins, now newly developed.

Green River: Lack of interest to use due to distance, and locals displeased by past use.

Grove Creek:

Hill Air Force Base

“Hitler’s Bunker”

Hobble Creek: Posted “no airsoft”, due to upgrading to county park and lower wildlife buffer zone.

“Lake Shore”

Laser Assault

Murder Mountain*

Nightmare Mansion: Tactical Airsoft Supply/BOE controlled reservations.

Power Line Road

“Rattler Canyon”*

Rock Canyon: Public land that has become too overcrowded for airsoft use.

“Shadow Valley” / “The Highlands”

Silver City aka “The Ruins”

Skull Valley

“Spider Valley”: Gate locked with City permission due to frequently being left open.

Squaw Peak – Paintball/CQB

“The Badlands”

“The Cemetery”

“The Factory”: Abandoned Lyme processing plant, condemned and torn down.

“The Factory II”: Abandoned salt company, posted no trespassing… being torn down for recycling.

“The Fields”: No longer used, due to development.

“The Flats”: Now located within the “Five Mile Recreation Area”.

“The Foothills”: Public land that has become too overcrowded for airsoft use.

“The Grove”: Burned in the 2012 wildfires.

“The Mine”: Permission to use for airsoft removed after ownership changed. Patrolled.

“The Outpost”

“The Pines”

 “The Rodeo”: Back in use for public events.

“The Tunnel”*

“The Wash”: Has become too overcrowded for airsoft use.

“The Wasteland”: Wasteland Airsoft private use land.

Weapon Blender’s “Sandbox”: Privately leased pay/reservation field.
